The Meteorological Training Centre for Belt and Road Countries is established to address the needs for enhancing meteorological capacity building, promoting and strengthening collaboration among meteorological personnel and enhancing the abilities of meteorological professionals from the Belt and Road regions to respond to weather disasters and extreme weather events caused by climate change.

The Meteorological Training Centre for Belt and Road Countries aims to:

• Provide regular training and capacity-building programs for meteorological personnel and other relevant professionals from the Belt and Road countries;
• Enhance the development of early warning systems and disaster risk reduction capacities;
• Promote climate-resilient and sustainable development goals; and
• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among countries on meteorological research and development.

氣象訓練中心為一帶一路國家成立的目的是為了應對提升氣象能力建設的需求，促進和加強氣象人員之間的合作，以及提升來自一帶一路地區的氣象專業人員應對因氣候變化引起的天氣災害和極端天氣事件的能力。

氣象訓練中心的目標包括：

• 為一帶一路國家的氣象人員及其他相關專業人士提供定期的培訓和能力建設計劃；
• 增強早期預警系統和災害風險減少能力的發展；
• 促進氣候韌性和可持續發展目標；以及
• 促進各國之間在氣象研究和發展方面的合作與知識分享。

气象培训中心为“一带一路”国家成立，旨在满足提升气象能力建设的需求，促进和加强气象人员之间的合作，提升来自“一带一路”地区的气象专业人员应对气候变化引起的天气灾害和极端天气事件的能力。

气象培训中心的目标是：

• 为“一带一路”国家的气象人员及其他相关专业人士提供定期的培训和能力建设计划；
• 加强早期预警系统和灾害风险减少能力的发展；
